Albeit young in age and practice the proprietor have notable experience in the real estate sector and in their panel have managed premises for notable landlords, institutions and companies with the respective proprietors who have entrusted us with. their real estate work as well as consultancy services.
DIRECTOR
2.1 ISAACK MUKERE
Mr. Isaac is a Director in charge of sales, marketing and management of properties. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. He has vast experience in the real estate sector having worked in various reputable companies within the Republic of Kenya among them Hass Consult in Nairobi and Jithiada Agencies in Mombasa.
3. SUPPORT STAFFS
3.1 The Company has a dedicated team of support staffs comprising of an accountant, secretary and field officers and clerks who are committed to ensuring that client expectations are met. The support staffs are guided by the principle of collective responsibility ensuring efficient and timely performance of work. The Firm also has in place modern clerical, secretarial and accounting systems and embrace all aspects of computer and other communication technology to maintain a fast and efficient means of storing and retrieving data.
4. OFFICE LOCATION
4.1 The Firm's office is conveniently located right within the Central Business District on the 3rd Floor, of Furaha Plaza, along Nkrumah Road, Mombasa. Despite its convenient location, we are always ready to go out to meet clients at any venue convenient to them.

7.1 The Firm aspires to one day be a premier real estate Firm in Mombasa and beyond, and to be acknowledged as a provider of competent, efficient, prompt and cost effective real estate services on the widest possible spectrum of its client needs.
8. OFFICE HOURS
8.1 The Firms offices are open Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, and Saturdays from 9.00 am to 1:00 pm although the first's proprietors often works outside these hours and may be contacted in the normal manner. Outside these hours, our e-mail are open at all times.
9. MAIL
9.1 Within the Central Business District mail is delivered by our messengers. In urgent cases, mall will be delivered if in the Mombaan Area by a Firm driver or otherwise by courier. Confidential or urgent international deliveries are effected by courier. Most overseas tail will be sent by fax unless routine.
